Account Management 
  • I haven't received my verification email, what do I do?

Verification emails can take up to 60 seconds to be received. Occasionally this email may be found in your junk folder. If you have waited 60 seconds and cannot locate the email please contact us at xamaportal@xamatech.atlassian.net <<< MAY NEED TO CHANGE IF WE ALLOW A RE-TRIGGER OF A VERIFICATION EMAIL

Supplier Management 
  • I have a duplicate supplier, can I archive it?

You can archive a supplier within the portal by clicking "Archive" from within the suppliers record. 

If you are connected to Xero, archiving a contact in the portal will also archive its linked Xero contact. 

  • I accidentally archived a supplier, can I restore it? 

You can restore a supplier within the portal by clicking "Restore" from within the suppliers record. ​

If you are connected to Xero, restoring a contact in the portal will not  restore its linked Xero contact. Unfortunately restoring a contact is not currently available via the Xero API. You will need to go into Xero and restore the contact yourself.

Xero Integration
  • Why do I have to select the organisation I am connecting to twice during the integration setup? 

  • I want to change the Xero that my Xama portal company integrates with, is this possible? ​​

The quick answer is no, the long answer is quite technical so we will not bore you with it.

If you have changed Xero's we recommend setting up a new company within the Xama Portal and connecting this to your new Xero instance.
